Removal of the floor tray –
1.Floor trays are usually secured by six nuts
and bolts
2.Locate positions and determine the size of
spanner/allen key required
3.It is always best to turn the nut rather than the bolts and this
avoids rounding out the Allen key
4.Remove all nuts/bolts/rubber washers and any
special washers
5.Remember the order of the items
6.Once all bolts are removed the floor tray will drop out
to the bottom of the chassis leaving the chassis exposed
NOTE - CHECK FOR ANY CRACK TO WELDS OR ANY UNSERVICABLE
