Removing a Steering Wheel –
1.Locate the fixing bolt that retain the steering wheel boss to the column
2.Determine the size of spanners and allen keys (Normally 10mm Spanner & 5mm Allen)
3.Remove all nuts
4.Push out Bolt, if required tap gently with Nylon or rubber hammer
5.Once bolts are removed the steering wheel and boss can be removed from the Column
6.If the boss does not pull straight off the column rotate in a anti clockwise direction this will unscrew the boss from the column
7.Once removed locate the three bolts which fix the steeling wheel to the boss (normally require a 10mm spanner and 5mm Allen key)
8.Once removed the steering wheel should simply separate from the boss
NOTE - CHECK FOR ANY CRACKS TO WELDS OR ANY UNSERVICABLE DAMAGE
