Installation of the brake master cylinder
1. Prior to
installation ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the condition of the
cylinders and the
condition of the seals, it is always recommended that you change the seals as
often a possible to
reduce the chance of failure.
2.Position the cylinder onto the chassis.
3. Line up with attachment holes and bolt up
complete, it is important not to over tighten as it may clamp the cylinder thus pinching the piston
internally.
4. Ensure all connections are in good
condition and connect all pipes
NOTE - DO NOT USE THE BRAKE SYSTEM AND KART UNTIL THE
SYSTEM HAS BEEN BLEED
