Installation of brake pipes
1. A kart brake
system can either have one or two brake pipes depending on the type of system,
ensure the
pipes are clean and free of any debris by the use of blowing brake cleaner
down the pipe and
then blowing compressed air down to blow dry
2.Check all ends, mail and female, for cracks
or thread damage.
3.Then position and tighten up being careful
not to over tighten
NOTE - DO NOT USE THE BRAKE SYSTEM AND KART UNTIL THE
SYSTEM HAS BEEN BLEED
