Installation of the brake calliper
1. There are many different types of brake calliper with various methods of installation, most commonly callipers are held on with two main fixing bolts to a chassis mounting bracket, and you will usually have to have the brake disc and carrier loose to allow the carrier for pass over the disc
2. NOTE - ALWAYS ENSURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OF THE CALIPER AND THE CONDITION OF THE SEALS AND PISTONS, IT IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED THAT WHEN THE BRAKE IS BROKE DOWN THIS FAR TO EITHER CHECK OR REPLACE SEALS.
3.Once you have positioned the calliper to line up with the attachment bracket position bolts and tighten
4. Line up the disc to a central position and tighten, and if necessary refit the brake pad safety/retaining pin.
5. Ensure all pipe ends are in good condition and reconnect the brake pipes, do not over tighten as the material is soft and can easily crack.
6. The calliper is now ready for bleeding

NOTE - DO NOT USE THE BRAKE SYSTEM AND KART UNTIL THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN BLEED
