Installation of bearing into bearing housing
1. Ensuring that all bearings and housings are
fully clean and ready for assembly
2.Have the bearing in you left hand and the
housing in you right hand.
3. Line the large diameter of the bearing with the
key ways in the housing and push the bearing into the housing and at the same time rotate the
bearing so it rotates and positions flush within the housing.
4. If you have the split type housing assemblies all
you need to do is position the two halves over the bearing and then hold the assembly
together while sliding over the axle.
