Installation of the sprocket & Chain
 
1. Prior to fitment, check sprocket and carrier attachment holes for elongation, if so replace,
2.Remove Sprocket side rear wheel
3.Remove Chain guard
4.Loosen  engine clamp bolts and for engine back 
5.Position sprocket and fit all bolts previously removed and ensure the Nyloc nuts are still in good condition
6. Tighten all nuts and bolts using appropriate spanners
7.Fit chain
8.Push engine forward until chain is set with correct tension (1cm movement up and down)
9.Tighten engine clamp bolts
10.Align with engine sprocket by using either a laser aligner or steel  rule
11.Recheck chain tension
12.Replace rear wheel
 
NOTE - ROTATE THE AXLE AT SPPED AND CHECK FOR ANY DISTORTION IN THE SPROCKET AND CARRIER.
