Installation of a pre fitted seat
1.Locate all fixings and spacers previously
removed.
2.Locate the fixings in the side mounts
initially and tighten up to allow the seat to rotate slightly
3.Understand the spacer stacks for the lower
positions and fit fixings accordingly.
4.Ensuring that at every fixing position you position a
seat plate to add reinforcement to the seat, this is a regulation within the MSA Blue
book
5.Once all fixings are in position tighten up
accordingly using appropriate allen key and spanner
6. The seat is now
fitted, if you had seat stays previously fitted you can now refit using same methods.
NOTE -ENSURE THAT THE SEAT DOES NOT PROTRUDE
BELOW THE CHASSIS RAILS AS THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SEAT.
