Installation of floor tray
1. Inspect the floor
tray for cracks and extensive damage; this is the part of the kart that is
prone to cracking
around the fixing holes.
2.Locate all fixing bolts ensuring you have the bolt,
washers one being large diameter for underneath the floor tray, a rubber washer, and
nut.
3. Position all fixings ensuring the rubber washer is
between the chassis and floor tray and the fwd bolts are facing up, to reduce the risk of
incident if you mount another kart
4. Tighten all bolts, but ensuring you
don't over tighten as it will damage the rubber washers,
5. The floor tray is now fitted.
