Installation of a hub less front wheel
1.Prior to fitting of the front wheel, check that all
bearings are in good working condition and rotate freely.
2.Understand the amount of wheel spacers
required for your desired set up
3. Ensure that the stub axle is not bent
and clean and lightly oil the axle
4. Slide the wheel off, and with the desired spacers
in place fit the nut and spin wheel while tightening
5. Fully tighten and back off until the
inner spaces rotate with friction
6. Then retighten slightly to maintain
rotation of spacers,
7. This will ensure there are not substantial amounts
of lateral load on the bearing ensuring its length of usage
